The name of the place refers to the shirt number worn by the athlete for Real Madrid and the Welsh national team. The announcement was made last Tuesday (1), on the day of Saint David, the patron saint of Wales.

Located in the city centre, Elevens Bar & Grill has been a pub since the 1730s and Gareth Bell said: “We hope to have the best burger in Cardiff and I’m really looking forward to people enjoying the experience.”
