Following the success of the March event, the UFC has announced a return to London on July 23 – 04/28/2022

Manchester United could face Young Boys on neutral ground, says announcer - 11-30-2021

The massive success of the edition that took place in London in March of this year, after three long years of absence due to the pandemic, made the UFC present its plans to return to the UK. This Thursday (28th) via social networks (see below or click here), Ultimate has announced a new event in the English capital, which will take place on July 23, again at the ‘O2 Arena’.

So far, the organization has not officially confirmed any fight at the July 23 event. But there are expectations that the show card will have a massive presence of many local talent, including UK-born fighters and athletes linked in some way to the region. The same practice that was used successfully in our March issue.

At that time, practically all 12 fights promoted by the UFC were receiving live sports attention to the audience present at the “O2 Arena”, making the fan participation during the event one of the best in recent times.

At the March event, nine of the 12 fast-track fights ended, either by knockout or submission, prompting the UFC to walk away from protocol and award each of the athletes who won in this way a “Perform Tonight” bonus, which they guarantee an additional $50,000 in their bank accounts. The highlights of the show were the Englishmen Tom Aspinall, Arnold Allen, Buddy Pemblet and Molly McCann.

It was soooo good we’re doing it again! ??
