CVC (CVCB3) says it is working on order provision after temporary suspension of Itapemirim operations

A CVC (CVCB3It informed on Monday (20) that it is working to fulfill the request after the temporary suspension of its air operations at Itapemirim Transportes Aéreos (ITA).

With the suspension, the company said, CVC has sought to provide active and emergency assistance to its customers since the beginning of the incident.

The company informed that it succeeded during the weekend in providing additional charter flights and reaccommodating its customers on flights with other partner airlines, as well as providing exclusive service channels to its customers.

“CVC, out of respect for customers and partners, will continue to make efforts in a proactive and expeditious manner to minimize the impacts and setbacks arising from the circumstances described above,” he said in a statement.

On the eve of the year-end season, Grupo Itapemirim announced on Friday (17) that ITA airline “temporarily” suspended operations for “internal restructuring”. According to the company, the decision was made due to the need for operational adjustments, and the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac) was informed.

“The company will devote its utmost effort to resume its flights soon,” the statement said. To employees, the company stated that they should contact its Human Resources department, effective Monday, for more information.
