Bikini singer Kavadao warns after removing an eye tumor

The lead singer of Bikini Cavado, Bruno Gouvia, 54, celebrated on social media his return to the stage after a malignant tumor was removed from his right eye. The musician said he decided to share his case so others would be encouraged to take regular auditions.

“I felt a responsibility to use my case as an example so that more people would have this awareness. If we are more attentive, we get regular tests, we can avoid further inconvenience. We should not postpone preventive checkups if we want to live longer and with a better quality of life.” Bruno warned.

The vocalist said he was diagnosed with keratoacanthomas early and, therefore, his recovery was quick and without major sequelae. Bruno who had a small scar and fewer eyelashes.

The leader of Biquini Cavadão, at first, said that he thought he had a pimple in his eye, however, over time it did not go away and decided to look for a specialist who discovered the tumor.

He celebrated “This malignancy once removed does not require further treatment. I have scheduled follow-up visits to the brochure, but the surgeon sees the problem resolved.”
