Beyoncé sent Brazilian fans into a panic when she announced that her “Renaissance” tour would be coming to the country. Only in cinemas.

On Tuesday morning (19), the singer posted a video clip on social media in which she stated that “the Renaissance Tour is not over yet.” Then Brazil was mentioned at the top of a list of 14 other countries.

Fans were excited to think that Beyoncé would finally bring her tour to the country. One of the images in the video shows a fan holding the Brazilian flag in front of the stage.

But at the end of the video, the singer says, “The Renaissance Tour continues around the world in a cinema near you.”

Disappointed, Brazilian fans flooded social media with complaints about the post. Plus, of course, quotes about the country being excluded from the tour.

“I almost had trouble thinking it was a show,” one netizen said. “It’s not even 9am and Beyoncé is already making fun of everyone,” another wrote. Another commented: “You dog, you tyrant.”
