Edinburgh, UK-based AstroAgency, a strategic communications and market intelligence firm specializing in the commercial space industry, is accelerating its expansion into North America with new partnerships and a stronger presence on the global stage.
The company announced today that it has formalized two Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with Voyager Technologies and Cislunar International, part of a six-month drive to increase its footprint across the United States and Canada.
Building Bridges Across the Atlantic

The agreement with Voyager Technologies will see the two firms work together on European and U.S. stakeholder engagement, strategic marketing support, and the development of VISTA, a science park initiative aimed at fostering innovation in space research. AstroAgency is expected to establish its first North American office at VISTA as the project develops.
“AstroAgency’s establishment at VISTA is a reflection of our shared belief that in-space research starts with collaboration here on Earth,” said Jeffrey Manber, president, International & Space Stations, Voyager Technologies. “Our science park lays the foundation for a truly international ecosystem, one that accelerates discovery, fosters innovation and ensures space can benefit all of humanity.”
A second partnership with Cislunar International, which operates in Washington and Texas, will deepen AstroAgency’s support for aerospace businesses. The collaboration builds on an existing relationship with Cislunar co-founder Sam Peterson, who has advised the firm since 2023. Both organizations will work jointly to enhance services for their international clients.
North American Momentum
The announcements followed AstroAgency’s participation at last week’s Small Satellite Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. Company director Daria Filichkina appeared on a panel alongside representatives from the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Astroscale, and the Secure World Foundation.
“We’re excited to deepen our North American partnerships and bring our experience in delivering bold, impactful campaigns and strategic guidance to companies across the United States and Canada,” said Daniel Smith, CEO of AstroAgency. “After six years of pioneering this niche service, backed by more than 100 project case studies, SmallSat offered the perfect launchpad for our next chapter.”
The Utah visit was part of a broader space delegation led by Scottish Development International. The Voyager signing took place in Colorado with the support of the UK Department for Business and Trade, underscoring the firm’s focus on international collaboration and sustainability in space.
Expanding Global Reach
Founded in 2019, AstroAgency has positioned itself as the first full-service marketing agency dedicated to the space sector. Its portfolio includes collaborations with major government organizations such as the UK Space Agency, the European Space Agency, the United Nations, and the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre, as well as projects with national governments in Scotland and Australia.
The firm has also worked with more than 80 commercial space clients, including satellite manufacturers, launch providers, and Earth observation companies. Previous North American projects have included work for NovaSpace, PCI Geomatics, the Secure World Foundation, Asterra, and TerraMetric. Recently, AstroAgency secured its first collaboration with NASA and welcomed its first Japanese client, Axelspace, following a trade mission to Japan.
AstroAgency’s Canadian connections are also expanding, with local talent already among its growing international team. The company has committed new resources and senior leadership focus to building relationships in Canada, viewing the country’s fast-developing space sector as a natural complement to the mature U.S. market.
A Strategic Commitment to Growth
The company says its North American expansion aligns with its mission to transform how people understand space — not as a distant ambition, but as a driver of economic growth, environmental resilience, and everyday life on Earth.
“With the United States the most mature space economy in the world and Canada’s sector growing at pace, AstroAgency sees this North American expansion as a natural step in its global mission,” the firm noted in its announcement.
Headquartered in Edinburgh, AstroAgency employs 24 staff across 11 countries, with a management team made up of former space industry professionals. Its services span market intelligence, public relations, branding, digital marketing, events planning, and business development.
As the firm cements its role in the international space economy, the latest partnerships reflect a deliberate strategy: to embed itself more deeply in markets where commercial space innovation is gaining momentum, and where AstroAgency’s niche expertise can help shape the sector’s growth.
