Pernambuco (MPE) has opened a civil investigation to investigate the alleged violations of the Ministry of Health Serra Talhada. The decree was published in the official newspaper, and was signed by the Public Prosecutor, Vandeci de Sousa Leite.
According to MPE, the content of the preparatory procedure No. 02165,000.000.156/2024, which clarifies potential violations regarding the practice of the server function within the municipality's health secretariat at Serra Talhada, and that alleged violations, if proven, if there are acts of administrative, available to the agency 8.429/92.
