While Kyiv remains silent, Volodymyr Zelensky’s government announced that its forces had struck an S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex in Rostov, Russia. “It should be noted that Russian attackers also use S-300 systems to launch attacks on peaceful cities in Ukraine, destroying residential buildings and terrorizing the civilian population,” the Ukrainian military said in a statement.
