Elon Musk, known for his innovations in the technological sector, has given concrete indications about the possible launch of a Tesla cell phone. In a recent interaction on Twitter, Musk hinted at a partnership with Samsung to develop an innovative mobile device, possibly called “Model Pi.” This high-performance smartphone with premium features has been the subject of speculation for at least two years.

According to the information, the “Model Pi” could have dimensions similar to standard iPhone models, with a screen designed to be approximately 6 inches. Rumors also suggest that the device could take advantage of connectivity provided by low-orbit satellites from Starlink, a company also owned by Musk.

In addition to directly competing with Apple's premium mobile phones, Musk highlighted that Model Pi's focus will be on ensuring the security and privacy of user data, in contrast to recent concerns raised by Tesla's CEO regarding the competitor's privacy policies.

Musk's statements come amid harsh criticism of Apple, especially after the Cupertino giant provided the Private Cloud Compute service, which raises questions about user privacy with regard to sharing data with OpenAI, a company that Musk has criticized since his departure in 2018.

Elon Musk continues to remain tight-lipped about the development of the Model Pi and its potential partnership with Samsung, with no official confirmations yet.
