    The Uber app is facing a problem and experiencing instability on Tuesday (28). The flaw in the Android and iPhone (iOS) mobile platform appears to be affecting payments and wait time for trips to begin via the app. Drivers complain of not being able to access racing-related information. Data from Downdetector, a platform that monitors the operation of online services, shows that the outage began around 2:06 p.m., and peaked at more than 400. Complaints at 2:23 p.m

    Hey TechTudo I called the company and asked them why it failed. In a note sent at 5:04 p.m., Uber said it “identified an instability in the app on Tuesday afternoon, impacting some Brazilian users. The service has already been restored and the platform is operating normally.” In the next few lines, learn more details about the error in the application.

    Also according to data from Downdetector, 51% of user notifications about the issue on Uber were related to ride requests, while another 34% reported difficulty making payments on the platform. On Google Trends, a platform that monitors searches made on Google, terms like “Uber problem,” “Uber is down,” “Uber is having a problem,” and “Uber support” saw a sudden increase in the past hour.
