    In addition, one negligent amputation was confirmed at each of the following hospitals: North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, The Royal Orthopedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

    Several NHS trusts would not confirm the exact figures, saying they had concerns about patient confidentiality.
