Today, Wednesday, January 31, Argentine President Javier Miley (photo) announced a meeting with the founder of the dating application Tinder, the American Sean Rad.
He also claimed that he and Rad arranged a meeting for international businessmen in Buenos Aires, with no date yet set.
“I just had a conference call with Sean Rad, founder of TINDER, and we agreed to have a meeting in Buenos Aires with other great entrepreneurs in the tech world…!!!”Miley posted on X, the social network formerly known as Twitter.
He concluded the post with his phrase taken from the 2023 campaign: “Long live freedom, man!”.
Rudd did not respond to Miley's announcement, but he has a history of praising the Argentine president.
The Tinder founder shared a post from X owner Elon Musk praising Miley's speech at the Davos Economic Forum in January.
The post shows the Argentine's speech and Musk's comment: “A good explanation of what makes countries tick [e outros] “less prosperous”.
Miley's post this Wednesday resonated with her supporters.
Some have joked about the fact that Tinder is an app aimed at sexual encounters.
“Javi, say [ao Rad] That app is not working. I give 200 likes a day and no one compares to me.”said a comment on Miley's post, referring to the specific term when two Tinder users are attracted to each other and can arrange a date.
Who is Sean Rad?
A former USC student who dropped out midway, Rad co-founded Tinder in 2012 with Justin Mattin and Whitney Wolfe.
He left Tinder in 2017 after selling the company for $3 billion.
However, the founder's departure led to a legal dispute that resulted in a lawsuit settlement of more than $400 million.
