Finally, Barbara said she saw no need to leave town to use the medicine.

“This is crazy, people! When I’m traveling and need to use my plan, I use it. Wow,” she exclaimed indignantly. “But when something happens here in town, I go to the health center. Or do you think I’ll travel an hour to get an iron? Ah, people, you think, because I won’t go, no. Is it easy? How crazy. Of course, We have a health plan, thank God!
