In the episode rerun of “O Rei do Gado”, on Globo’s “Vale a Pena Ver de Novo”, on Monday, December 19, the scene in Bruno (Antonio Fagondis) and Luna (Patricia Pilar) spend the night together.
Early in the morning, the humble girl gets up and slowly leaves Rei do Gado’s room and tells Donana (Beth Mendes) about her night with him. She feels rejected by the farmer and again considers leaving.

Luana wakes up in the morning and sneaks out of Bruno’s room. Luana tells Donana that she slept in Bruno’s room, but nothing happened. Bruno suffers from a personal struggle. Leah tries to convince her mother to come home, but to no avail. Leah gets angry when Leah insists on asking if her mother has another one. Bruno tells Z not to let Luana leave the farm. Luana does not know what to do with her life and feels rejected by Bruno. Judith advises Marietta to marry, and claims that she never loved him. Marcus reads a report talking about Jeremias, and realizes that he is his great uncle, whom Bruno had always hated. He decides to go after what is rightfully his.
Leah tells Ralph that Leah tried to get her, but she puts her life in Ralph’s hands. Zee thinks Leah has another. Rosa suspects that Marcus is the father of Liliana’s baby. Luana tells Bruno that she is too shy to go to his room. Fausto shoots Olegario, who claims he intends to search for his boss’s real ex-niece. Marietta tells her uncle that she does not look at Faust with those eyes. Fausto hides Olegário’s body in the coffee plantation. Sarcastically, Fausto tells Jeremias that Fausto was fine after his dismissal. In Guaxupé, Marcus asks about Geremias in a position and discovers that he is the king of coffee and milk. Jeremias tells Marietta that she need not commit to Fausto. Leah answers a call from Ralph and decides to pursue her mother. Fausto warns Marietta not to try to deceive him. The waiters inform Marcus of the arrival of Jeremiah’s “new” niece. Luana tells Bruno that she chose him.
“O Rei do Gado” is a Brazilian TV series produced by TV Globo. It was broadcast from June 17, 1996 to February 14, 1997, replacing “The End of the World”. Written by Benedetto Ruy Barbosa, in collaboration with Edmara Barbosa and Edelyn Barbosa, with general direction by Luiz Fernando Carvalho. Marcus returns home and tells Leah his whereabouts. Donna sees Luana and Bruno kissing. Regino tells his wife that many of his comrades died in the invasion. They grow corn in unproductive land. Senator Caxias defends the invaders. Bruno talks to Luana about the conquest and the productive land. Leah and Marcus talk about their parents’ divorce. Liliana tells Marcos that Senator Caxias has found him a job in Brasilia. Jeremias tells Fausto and Marietta that he’s worried and that Olegário didn’t cash his compensation check. The farmer asks Fausto to contact the delegate. Marietta asks if Dr. Fausto killed Olegario. He denies and accuses Marietta. Doctor Fausto discovers Marcus’ true identity and tells Jeremias. Marcus tells Leah the stories of the family. He admits that he loves Marietta. Jeremias tells Marietta that if Marcus returns, he will cover the cursed man.
Wednesday, December 21st
Marcos calls Senator Caxias and speaks of the job with disdain. Bruno takes Luana to the farm that Moretti runs. Ze do Araguaia tells Donana that the chief’s affair is a flash in the pan. Detective Bruno takes more pictures of Leah with Ralph. The couple decided to take a boat trip. Lia decides to travel to Guarujá with Liliana. Leah tells her friend that she met Firefly. The sertaneja duo arrives in Ribeirão Preto without money. They play the guitar at the bus stop and get some change. Saracura discovers the title of the Cattle King. Marita defends Marcus and Jeremiah tells Bruno the story of the girl. Marcos arrives in Brasília and begins working for the senator. Marietta asks Jeremias about his uncle, who died in Italy. The senator hosts Marcus at his apartment and says that the people will pay the young man’s salary. Jeremias is still worried about Olegario. Marietta tells Dr. Faustus that she wants to end the relationship with the lawyer. Senator Caxias talks with Marcos about government projects. Lia arrives on the boat and finds that the lights are strangely on. Meanwhile, Leah is having dinner with Ralph at a restaurant. Leah tells Liliana that Marcus met Marietta and fell in love with her.
