    The Meeting Between the Vice President-elect, Geraldo Alcumen, and the General Rapporteur of the Mixed Budget Committee, Senator Marcelo Castro (MDB-PI) was the beginning of the meetings of the transition team of the President-elect, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.     According to Dias, the transition team is working to introduce an amendment to the constitution, called an emergency transitional PEC, to guarantee R$600. The rest of the budget adjustments will be made within the LOA project.
