    Salary Bonuses for the base years 2019 and 2020, also known as PIS / Pasep “Forgotten”, can be withdrawn until December this year. To see if you qualify for the values, simply refer to the channels provided by Federal government.

    2019 salary bonus

    In order to access the feature, the worker must meet the following requirements:

    • Be registered with PIS/Pasep for at least five years;
    • earned an average monthly salary of up to minimum wage during the base year 2019;
    • engaged in a paid activity for at least 30 days, consecutive or not, in the 2019 base year;
    • Keep the data up to date in the Annual Social Information List (RAIS)/eSocial.

    A worker can apply for a delayed PIS/Pasep at an agency of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. In addition to these means, there are other options, such as:

    • through the Alô Trabalhador Center, by phone 158;
    • By e-mail, via the address [email protected], replacing the letters “uf” with the abbreviation of the state in which you reside;
    • Through the Digital Business Card Application (CTPS); or
    • Through the Gov.br portal.

    Salary Bonus 2020 PIS / PASEP

    The 2020 PIS/Pasep salary bonus deposit base year ended in March of this year. However, according to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, about 480,000 workers have not yet withdrawn the amounts. Redemption is available until December 29 this year.

    In order to access the feature, the worker must meet the following requirements:

    • Be registered with PIS/Pasep for at least five years;
    • Have earned an average monthly salary of up to minimum wage during the base year 2020;
    • engaged in a remunerated activity for at least 30 days, consecutive or not, in the 2020 base year;
    • Keep the data up to date in the Annual Social Information List (RAIS)/eSocial.

    Remember that PIS is granted to private sector workers and paid through Caixa Econômica Federal. Pasep is released to public officials through Banco do Brasil.

    The value of PIS / PASEP 2023 should be up to 1,292 Brazilian Real

    The amount of the accrual varies according to the length of work performed. In 2023, depending on the set salary limit, the worker will be able to receive up to R$1,292 (the estimated amount of lowest wages Next year).

    • Worked for 1 month – R$ 108;
    • 2 working months – R$215;
    • 3 working months – 323 R$;
    • 4 working months – R$431;
    • 5 working months – 538 BRL;
    • Worked for 6 months – R$646;
    • Worked for 7 months – R$754;
    • Worked for 8 months – R$ 861;
    • 9 working months – 969 RRL;
    • 10 working months – 1077 RRL;
    • 11 working months – 1184 R$;
    • Worked for 12 months – R$1,292.

    How do you consult?

    To check the amounts owed to the worker, the worker can call 158, or reach Digital Job Card App. However, service channels for financial institutions still exist:

    For PIS (private company worker)

    • In the Worker Cashier app;
    • on the fund’s website.
    • Through the Caixa service phone: 0800726 0207.

    for Pasep (public server)

    • By phone at the Banco do Brasil call center: 4004-0001 (capitals and metropolitan areas);
    • 0800 729 0001 (other cities);
    • 0800 729 0088 (hearing impaired).
