Tom Chaplinlead singer kenThis week, he released his new single album called middle. Tom started writing songs for this new job two years ago when he was on tour Cause and Effect From ken The epidemic has stopped.
Songs middleall based on thinking and imagination, was recorded over six weeks in sessions at Real World Studios in Peter Gabrielin Bath, and at The Church Studios by Producer Paul Epworthin London.
Five albums and nearly two decades at the helm of one of the most representative bands of the 2000s, Tom has reached the pinnacle of success and garnered critical acclaim, reaching the top of the UK charts four times in a row and reaching the British podium awards Twice and perform out-of-stock tours and shows at some of the world’s most legendary venues.
As a solo singer-songwriter, Chaplin debuted in 2016 with the album waveIt proved to be a top 3 hit on the UK’s official album chart, and a year later brought the project back to life. Twelve Tales of Christmaswhich included eight original works by Tom along with inspiring covers of old (“Walk in the Air”, “River”) and newer (“2000 Miles” and “Staying Another Day”) holiday styles.
Tom concludes, “There’s room for something subtle, exploring a part of life that everyone goes through. There are really interesting feelings, questions, and emotions. If you can get past some of that and it resonates with something people feel in their lives – well, I’d be more than happy.” so.”
