The list includes 132 airports around the world, with three criteria evaluated: delays in departures and arrivals, quality of service and available stores and restaurants. The landing and take-off site in the south of the country takes fourth place, while the site in the southeast takes 10th place in the ranking.

Notably, AirHelp states that the research in its methodology excludes airports from which “the data cannot be obtained” and that the ranking includes only the “most popular and used airports” in the world.

Hamad International Airport in Qatar tops the list. He received an overall score of 8.39 out of ten. The worst is Humberto Delgado, in Lisbon, at 132. Of the ten worst infrastructures, AirHelp considers eight to be in Europe: Lisbon, Eindhoven, Bucharest, Malta, Manchester, Paris, Porto and London.
