Do I have to take a government check to enter Portugal?

Do I need a government vaccine to go to Portugal?
Non-vaccinated travelers may travel to Portugal but must submit evidence of a negative PCR test (not more than 72 hours before entry) or a rapid lateral flow test (entry not exceeding 24 hours). Self-administration tests are unacceptable and should only be performed by a trained professional.
Alternatively, if you have had a government injury in the past year, you can enter the mainland of Portugal with a recovery certificate stating that the government was present at least 11 days before departure and more than 180 days. You do not have to take a test.
