North American ticketing company Viagogo revealed that Wimbledonwhich is always played at the beginning of July in the UK, was the most in-demand sports ticket in the country in 2023, accompanied by a 41% increase in demand for live events overall, compared to the previous year.
The Tennis Championships, one of the four major tournaments of the season, is ranked as the most popular sporting event for both British and overseas sports fans.
