    What are the PIS/Pasep 2023 allowance amounts?

    If the new minimum wage is confirmed at R$1,302, the amounts for the PIS/Pasep 2023 allowance could vary between R$109 and R$1,302, based on 2021.

    The amount to be received is commensurate with the length of service of the worker in the base year (2021). The number of months worked in the base year is multiplied in turn by 1/12 of the minimum wage in effect on the date of payment.

    • 11 working months in 2021: allowance of R$1,194;
    • Worked for 12 months in 2021: Allowance of R$1,302.
