According to the company, the discount amount for those who already have an annual Nintendo Switch Online subscription and upgrade will be slightly different for each eligible member, depending on how much time they have left on their current Nintendo Switch Online subscription. In other words, the relative discount value will appear to the consumer at the time they register a new subscription.
