    Bananas are famous for containing tryptophan, an essential amino acid in the production of serotonin, and are considered one of the foods that can contribute to improving mood and well-being. In addition to tryptophan, bananas are rich in vitamin B6 and magnesium, which are substances that enhance sleep quality and help reduce muscle tension, thus combating symptoms of anxiety.

    Its nutritional value includes fibre, potassium, antioxidants, carbohydrates and various vitamins, giving it beneficial properties for health. The variety of bananas that differ in size, color and flavor does not affect their nutritional quality.
