Singer Cristiano, who is in a duet with Zé Neto, underwent emergency surgery after his show in São Paulo, the artist's team announced on Monday (10). According to the press office, the 36-year-old citizen underwent the operation on Sunday (9).
The singer's team explained: “Last night, Sunday the ninth, Cristiano, the duo with Ze Neto, underwent surgery to remove his gallbladder through laparoscopic surgery.”
Cristiano performed at the Arraial Estrelado concert in São Paulo, and shortly afterwards, he began to feel “severe abdominal pain”. Immediately, he was transferred to the Israeli Albert Einstein Hospital, where tests were conducted and he required “urgent surgery for treatment.” This procedure was performed by gastrointestinal surgeon and colorectal physician Mauricio Sorbello.
