It is possible to issue a national Covid-19 vaccination certificate via mobile phone using the app Connect SUS NS Android NS Iphone (iOS). The federal government platform is an alternative for those who need proof of their vaccination, but do not have access to paper receipts. The document is required for international travel and even for some social engagements.
The certificate contains all the data related to the vaccine such as the lot, the manufacturing plant, the place of vaccination and the code of the health professional who applied the immunizing agent. to reach RequestUser must be registered in the portal Gov.br, a unified service platform for the government of Brazil. Step 1. Create your login on SUS Citizen system with GOV.BR . credentials. Now, open Connect SUS on your cell phone, enter your CPF number and hit the Next button. Then enter your password on the platform and press “Login”;

Step 2. Click on the “Vaccines” option. At this point, the system will display a brief description of your vaccine dose. Click on this window to advance;

The third step. Check information about your vaccine, such as the date of application, the manufacturer’s laboratory, the batch, the facility where the vaccine was applied, and the code of the professional who gave the vaccine. Then click on the “Certificate of Vaccination” button. At that time, the national Covid 19 vaccination certificate will be issued. Select the code below to issue a QR code for verification;

Step 4. You can use this code to verify your certificate by other people via a smartphone. Tap the share icon in the upper right corner of the screen to have the app create a shareable PDF document for the certificate. To advance through the option, click on the arrow icon in the upper-right corner of the screen;
