It’s not unanimous, but in fact, working from home or somewhere other than an office works for people pretty well. In the face of the controversy confronting the remote work ecosystem head-on, we have a winner: the hybrid.

Not all people are the same, but for many years the system of work has not sought to adapt to the rhythms and preferences of each. Whether or not this should actually be the case is another matter of debate. However, the truth is that all over the world, the hybrid system has gathered supporters - from bosses to employees.

The restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, as we know, have led to the adaptation of activities to the so-called telework. However, its end did not mean the end of this new regime. A lot of water has already been moved, in the case of Robinhood, but other companies are giving body to studies that prove the standardization of a hybrid business system, as well as its effectiveness, in terms of productivity, for example.

According to Xataka, a study published in March by the US National Bureau of Economic Research concluded that in early 2023, job advertisements that included some form of remote work accounted for more than 10% of all advertised jobs posted in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. USA, confirming a clear trend.

In addition, companies like Disney, Amazon, Snap, Sales Force, General Monitors, and News Corporation are building themselves into a remote or hybrid work ecosystem, fueling trips to the office, but only for part of the week.
