Akon, 21 Savage, NX Zero and Deadmau 5 Are the new attractions confirmed to rock Rio 2024. The announcement was made on Tuesday (26), in Jornal Nacional.
This year's edition will be held On September 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21 and 22in Cidade do Roque, in the western region of Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
Known for songs like “Smack That,” “I Wanna Love You,” and “Lonely,” singer Akon will perform on the 22nd at the Mondo Theater. On that day, the festival will also feature performances by Mariah Carey, NE-YO and Shawn Mendes.
Rapper 21 Savage will perform on the 13th at the Mondo Theater. On the same day as masked DJ Deadmau5, who will perform on stage with New Dance Order, the already announced Travis Scott and Matuê.
On the 14th of this month, NX Zero, one of the most famous Brazilian bands of the 2000s, will play at the Sunset Stage.
As previously announced, the festival will also feature performances from names such as Katy Perry, Cyndi Lauper, Tyla, Joss Stone, Gloria Gaynor, Ed Sheeran and Imagine Dragons.
