What did you do to try to “de-stress” after the fight? Why did an Italian man get so angry after quarreling with his wife that he decided to leave the house and walk? In the end, he covered more than 450 kilometers in seven days and was arrested by police last week for violating the curfew imposed in the country due to Covid-19. He had to pay for a night's accommodation in a hotel, and for violating the government's curfew, he will still have to pay a fine of 400 euros (2,460 R$).

The 48-year-old, who has not been identified, was walking from the Italian town of Como to Fano, walking about 40 miles a day, according to the MetroUK website.

However, police arrested the husband last week around 2am (local time) because he was on the street. Since the country's government imposed a curfew requiring people to stay home between 10pm and 5am mandatory to try to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

The man was found cold and looking tired. When officers searched the Italian's records, it turned out that his wife had opened a police report to report his disappearance.

“I didn't use any means [de transporte para chegar aqui]. These days I ate and drank because the people I met along the way gave me water and food. I'm fine. I'm just a little tired, according to the Italian newspaper Il Resto del Carlino.

The man then checked into a hotel room in Fano to spend the rest of the day until his wife picked him up the next morning. Along with the daily hotel bill, a fine of 400 euros (2,460 R$) was imposed for violating the government-imposed curfew.
