Since the dawn of the Internet, cats have never gone out of style. From the crowds attracted by “Keyboard Cat” to “Nyan Cat”, the current cat is called Fedya, a four-year-old cross-eyed cat who lives in Russia. Since his owner shared it on social media, Fedya has charmed the web with his “clumsy” way and has amassed more than 300 thousand followers.

Vidia entered the life of Natalia Zhdanova, 42, by chance, when she arrived in her yard as a kitten, in 2020. The owner, who is from Rostov-on-Don, in southern Russia, thought the cat would not do it. To survive, but decided to take care of him anyway.

To the British tabloid newspaper daily Mail, Natalia explained that the cat was born with a coordination disorder and had difficulty moving. However, Vidia resisted and continued under the care of her owner, who says she fell in love with the cat's “funny way”.

Natalia, who was encouraged by friends to share photos of the cat on social media, said: “I didn't realize he had any kind of problem, to me he looked cute and funny.”

Reluctantly, the owner eventually agreed, not expecting the cat to make a big fuss.

“I soon realized how much Fedya brought joy to people and realized that I had found my favorite thing in the whole world,” the teacher celebrated. “He looks like a little kid, innocent and goofy.”

On his Instagram profile, the cat already has 314 thousand followers, and videos of his daily life usually reach millions of views. One follower joked: “Vidya, you hit my heart. Charisma is off limits.”
