RIO – Malu Mader, 57, returns to TV series. The actress will play the role of businesswoman Aurora, who becomes involved with José Inocencio (Marcos Palmeira), in the movie “Renascer”, on TV Globo. The radio's press office confirmed this information dayToday, Sunday (23). The artist will begin recording the series on Monday (24). The scenes are expected to air in July.

This won't be the first time Malo has starred alongside Marcos Palmeira. The two had already worked together in the film “Celebridade” (2003), playing married couple María Clara and Fernando. In the original plot of the film “Renascer” released in 1993, Aurora was played by actress Mara Carvalho. He played Colonel Antonio Fagundes.
Malu's last work in series was “Haga Curaçao” (2016). In the plot, she played the role of Rebecca. Two years later, she appeared briefly in the film “Malhação – Vidas Brasileiras”, as Melissa.
