The exterior is made of a large, curved surface, and at first I admit I was afraid of it rubbing against the ear, which fortunately it didn't happen.
However, the mark indicating the correct side for each speaker is small and difficult to see. Even with the various advice options, the impression was that the phone was never in an ideal position.
Finally, each earbud has small buttons that are used to control volume and pairing – when held down. Ultimately, it's difficult to access, and when playing, the best option is to control it via the PlayStation 5 interface.
Lack of a dedicated application. Although there are ways on PlayStation 5 to control some of the details of how Pulse Explore works, the lack of a dedicated app somewhat limits use of the headset on other platforms it's compatible with. It is not possible, for example, to control nuances such as Eq.
battery. The phone can be used for five hours, with the charging case guaranteed for an additional ten hours before needing to be recharged. It's definitely not a lot.
