123milhas, in response to a request from the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais (TJMG), has created a website so that affected customers of the company can submit their data. The travel agency stopped issuing tickets in August 2023, justifying the decision with “reasons beyond its control.”

The official list of all people who have amounts owed from the company for contracted services until August 29, 2023 is available on the website, and the platform address is rj123milhas.com.br. Customers must submit documents proving non-provision of contracted services or non-refund of amounts paid.

Acceptable documents include approved proof of payment, proof of contract packages, credit card invoices, and emails from 123milhas confirming transactions. Hence, these documents are necessary to validate consumer complaints.

For credit authorization requests or discrepancy requests, such as name deletion or value correction, consumers must register with the site. With this procedure, it is no longer necessary to provide this information by petition in the company's judicial recovery process.

The newly launched platform also provides key documents for the company's judicial recovery process, which was granted on August 31 last year. These details can be found in the About Process tab.

    123 Milhas defeats in court

The judicial recovery process for 123 Milhas faced setbacks in 2016 justice Mining. In February 2024, the Transitional Justice Group ordered the suspension of recovery due to uncertainty over the company's judicial officers. The case resumed in March.

This was the second comment to occur. The first outage occurred in September, then resumed in December. Specifically, the company revealed that it has debts of more than R$2 billion.
