A woman asked for R$600,000 in a lawsuit for moral damages against influencer Virginia Fonseca and singer Ze Felipe. According to the woman, Virginia Fonseca published a post on social media in which she appeared to be laughing at a video of herself about the amount of bread she ate due to her suffering from morbid obesity, after which the woman claims that she had seizures due to the exposure.

In addition to compensation of 600,000 Brazilian reals, the woman requested compensation for material damages, due to the misuse of her image for commercial purposes. The procedure is processed in the First Civil Court of the Natal District, in Rio Grande do Norte.
