    Users of Canva, a popular online design tool, reported instability on the platform on Thursday (3/21). As X, formerly Twitter, reports, it is possible to access the account on the website, but the projects cannot be edited.

    On the Downdetector platform, there was a spike in Canva failure notifications at 11am on Thursday. There are more than 500 bug reports on the site. Of the complaints, 64% related to the connection to the server, 33% to the website, and 3% to the mobile application.

    According to the site, there are reports of the platform’s failure in the state of Minas and the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Bahia, Ceará and Pernambuco.

    Terms like “Canva error” and “Canva issue” have also seen a spike on Google Trends.
