We live connected, and sometimes, all we want is a moment just to ourselves, away from prying eyes, right? Hey WhatsApp, as much as it is very practical for chatting, it sometimes leaves us in a “window” with an “online” status for everyone to see. But don't worry, there is a way to remain invisible, whether using your cell phone or computer, allowing you to enjoy your peace without leaving a trace.

Disappear on WhatsApp on your cell phone

If you're on the iPhone (iOS) team, follow these steps:

    • Open the WhatsApp app, and on the home screen, find “Settings” in the bottom corner.
    • Click “Privacy” then “Last Seen”.
    • Choose “No one” and “Even if last seen” to ensure the disappearing moment.

Now, if you're an Android user, the path is a little different. Follow these instructions:

    • First, open your WhatsApp app, then tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
    • Go to Settings, then Privacy.
    • Find “Last Seen,” tap it, and select the “Nobody” and “Even if Last Seen” options.

    Stay invisible on WhatsApp Web

Now, if you prefer to use WhatsApp on your computer, here is a valuable tip. Although the desktop app does not yet offer a way to remove the “online” status, in the web version you can remain invisible. See how easy it is:

    • On the WhatsApp Web screen, find and tap the three vertical dots icon.
    • Select “Settings,” then “Privacy.”
    • Click “Last seen and online” and check the “No one” and “Even if last seen” options.

With these tips, you'll be able to read your messages quietly, without anyone seeing that you're online or marking your messages as read with that little blue tick.

It is the perfect solution for those days when you want to enjoy your health Privacywithout interruption or spectators at the service.
