The Board of Directors of Vale (VALE) approved this Thursday (22) the distribution of dividends with a total amount of R$ 2.738617408 per share, calculated according to the balance sheet as of December 31, 2023.
The dividend payment deadline for those who own shares traded on B3 will be March 11, 2024, with payment beginning on March 19. The standard date for payment of dividends to holders of American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) traded on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) will be March 13, with payment beginning on March 26. Therefore, the shares will trade ex-dividend on B3 and the NYSE as of March 12, 2024.
According to the mining company, the amount distributed is in line with its shareholder remuneration policy.
