This Friday (25) it was revealed that Jessica Kayan, an influencer known as Gkay, has invested nearly R$6 million in a mansion in Orlando, United States. This information was confirmed by moderator Juliana Fernandez, known as Juju de Casa, in a video posted on YouTube.

The content producer has chosen the ChampionsGate condominium as her future home, the same place where actresses Bruna Marquezine and Larissa Manuela acquired real estate.

To purchase the residence, which is supposed to be delivered to Jessica in about ninety days, she shelled out US$1.2 million (about R$5.9 million at current prices). Fernandez explained that the comedian will have a series of themed rooms of her choice at the venue, including one inspired by a version of her famous birthday party, the traditional “farofa da gicaye”.

I want this part right here [salas de estar e de jantar]Very chic, what I like, and the upper part we play with the rooms.” Jakai commented. The rest of the rooms will feature décor inspired by the magic of the world of Harry Potter, Mickey’s gang, Mario Bros, and The Simpsons, among other characters.

Official photos of the mansion chosen by Gkay have yet to be released. However, clicks on properties that should inspire the influencer’s home were shared by Gshow. Check it out below:

According to the brokerage firm, the deal was closed as follows: Gkay will make a down payment on the property and finance the rest. In the months when the site is not occupied, Gkay can make a profit by renting accommodation to tourists. “On the days you don’t use it, you rent it, and the house pays for itself. You choose a house, you only pay 30% down payment and you forget the rest. The guest who pays. You put it on your agenda the day you use it, you loan it to your friends, and you make a farofa.” bear fruit for you She explained.

The professional also noted that the larger the place of residence, the more the comedian earns. “The more rooms, the higher the profitability. Americans are the ones who rent most of the houses, and they are not like Brazilians. Brazilians like to travel alone as a family of four or five people. The American enters [grupos de] 20. They meet among friends, so houses must have nine rooms or more.she added. Watch the full conversation:
