The Romans improved their farming technology, as they used grapes in their cooking. It didn’t take long for it to reach other continents as well, becoming very popular due to its distinctive flavor and ease of consumption.
There are currently several different varieties intended for different types of use, which differ in color, size, and flavour. The fruit brings many health benefits, being an important source of antioxidants, protecting cells from free radicals, reducing oxidative stress, and thus preventing chronic diseases.
