Recently, young Megan Pearson, owner of the pet store Pure Paws Dog Grooming, located in Ontario, Canada, took on the challenge of shaving a female Tibetan Mastiff. The cutting process took about 4 hours. But why so long? The pet arrived in tatters, despite having an owner.

In the scene, we first see a dog with a black coat and a sad face, his hair very dirty and very matted.

The young woman says she has never seen a dog in this condition; This dog’s fur has not been groomed for a long time.

The puppy’s condition was so precarious that Megan says that no other nanny wanted to help her, but, on the contrary, she could not leave the animal in that state.

So, rolling up its sleeves and for 4 long hours, the professional clipped the Tibetan Mastiff.

“This video aims to raise awareness of the importance of keeping your pet’s grooming appointments,” Megan wrote in the caption.

With love, patience, and professionalism, Megan worked to calm the animal down by removing all that excess hair. On the other hand, the little dog remained calm, knowing that what was being done was for her own good.

“This was a very serious condition that could have led to serious health issues for this sweet dog. Luckily she is feeling much better now!”

“What a good girl! It must have been a relief to her.”

A third stated, “God bless you for helping this puppy.”

    paying off:

There is no other option but to leave the fur very short, Megan said, warning the owner to take care of sunburn and take her to the pet store afterwards.

I hope the teacher is aware of this and does not allow the puppy to reach this state again.

    Caring for your pet’s coat

According to the news portal Happy houndsKeeping the animal’s hair clean, untangled, and trimmed is extremely important to the pet’s health and well-being. Here are some reasons:

health: A clean layer that prevents the build-up of dirt, waste and unpleasant odors. This helps prevent skin infections, irritations, and the appearance of parasites such as fleas and ticks.

skin health: By keeping the coat clean and untangled, you allow the leather to breathe properly. This helps prevent excess sebum, the development of skin problems such as dermatitis, and reduces the chance of sores or infections caused by dirt build-up.

Prevent knots and tanglesBy clipping or combing the coat regularly, you avoid knots and tangles. These nodes may be irritating and painful for the animal, in addition to difficulty in movement and general well-being.

Appearance and self-esteemA well-maintained coat contributes to the overall appearance of the animal, making it more beautiful and graceful. In addition, a well-groomed appearance can positively affect a pet’s self-esteem, promoting a sense of well-being and confidence.
