Titi Mueller has been banned since September 2022 from commenting on her ex-husband and family members. However, in a decision issued this week, Judge Fernando José Conico understood that the injunction request “is tantamount to censorship of opinion, thought and artistic movements, facts that are no longer permitted by our legal system.”
