    a via (VIIA3) announced Friday (31) the change of leadership of the company. The retailer’s board of directors approved the election Renato Horta Franklin As the new CEO, to replace Roberto FulcherbergerAfter more than three years with the company.

    Franklin studied business administration at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais and then studied accounting at the UMA University Center. He holds an MBA in Finance from IBMec, a graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and a major in Leadership from IMD.

    In addition to Movida, Franklin has also worked at Yes (VOUCH3).

    Franklin will be inaugurated on May 1, 2023. Until then, the CEO duties will be exercised jointly by Abel Ornelas Vieira and Sergio Augusto Franca Lim, current Vice President Commercial and Operations, Administrative Vice President and Director of Via Investor Relations.

    The company added: “FIA and the Board of Directors wish every success and extend their best wishes to Renato and Roberto in their new phases.”
