Yesterday, Microsoft released a lengthy document responding to the Federal Trade Commission regarding the US agency’s intention to block its acquisition of Activision-Blizzard.

Throughout the 37 pages of the document, Microsoft reveals various information, stating that Xbox is behind PlayStation and Nintendo and that it has no intention of making Call of Duty exclusives.

However, in a specific paragraph, Microsoft says that three upcoming Bethesda games will be Xbox and PC exclusives, even though the game titles have been banned (as you’d expect).

“The complaint’s reference to Microsoft’s recent acquisition of ZeniMax — a group of game studios acquired in 2020 — has nothing to do with the current transaction. After this deal closed, the first two new ZeniMax games were PlayStation exclusives for one year after launch,” he expects. Xbox announced that its next three titles — all censored and designed to be played primarily alone or in small groups — will be exclusives to Xbox and PC.”

For context, the two timed PlayStation exclusives mentioned earlier are Deathloop and Ghostwire: Tokyo.

What will these three mystery games be? Well, the obvious answers are Starfield, Redfall, and The Elder Scrolls 6 but at this point, it’s all speculation.

We’ll see how this case unfolds. You can see the relevant paragraph below:
