Caixa Tem releases up to R$ 4.5 thousand
Law No. 14,439/22 sanctioned and launched a credit limit of R$4,500 for small individual entrepreneurs (MEI) and R$1,500 for individuals. According to the program launch rules, the method aims to serve individuals who want to do as well as small business owners.

How will the new microlending work?
According to the rules, the amounts that can be withdrawn work differently. In this way, the MEI will be able to redeem microcredit up to R$4.5 thousand, and the individual will be able to withdraw only R$1.5 thousand.
The new loan is part of the Digital SIM Program and must submit two proposals:
- For individuals, the loan is fixed at R$1,500, with a monthly interest rate starting at 1.95% per month and 24 months to pay. To access the value, a lot of bureaucracy is not required, recruitment can take place directly in the Caixa Tem application and it is sufficient to agree to the terms of the loan and wait up to seven days for analysis;
- MEI institutions, in turn, will receive a loan of R$4,500, with a monthly interest rate starting at 1.99% and 24 months to pay. In this case, the interested party must go to the Caixa agency, and it is necessary that you have at least 12 months of invoices for any amount with the CNPJ.
With this, the aim is that people who are passive and who are having difficulties in obtaining lines of credit can access the loan through the program. In addition, the aim is to formalize informal workers.

How to apply for a loan through the application?
To be hired through Caixa Tem, simply follow these steps:
- download or update the Caixa Tem app;
- update registration in the application;
- Click on “Crédito Caixa Tem”;
- Click on “Hire Caixa Tem Credit”;
- State how you intend to use the loan money. Remember that you must inform that you will apply the amount to certain pledges;
- loan simulation and selection of annuity value;
- For those who still do not have digital savings, the account can be opened immediately. There is no requirement for an additional fee to perform this procedure;
- Confirm the request and wait for the 10 days provided by the federal government.
