Ten years after retiring from professional boxing, Ricky Hatton returns to the ring this weekend to face Marco Antonio Parreira in an exhibition match.

Hatton last competed in 2012, where he was eliminated by a KO loss to Vyacheslav Sinchenko, a result that came three years after the Briton’s previous fight – a KO loss to Manny Pacquiao.

But Saturday night in Manchester, “Hitman” will fight again, taking on the former Barrera world champion, who – like Hatton – has been at the helm of several teams.

Hatton, 44, and Barrera, 48, will face the championship in Natasha Jonas’ world title fight with Marie-Yves DeKare.

Here’s everything you need to know.

    When is it?

Hatton’s match against Parreira will take place on Saturday 12 November at the AO Arena in Manchester.

The event is scheduled to begin at 19:00 GMT, although the exact dates for the Hatton vs Barrera race are still unknown.

    How can I watch?

The fight will be broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK, with subscribers also available to stream the event live on the Sky Go app.
