Santander Brasil Board of Directors (San B 11), at a meeting held this Thursday (13), to distribute interim dividends in the amount of R$820 million, equivalent to R$0.10502481038 per ordinary share, and R$0.11552729142 per PN and R$0, 22055210180 per unit.
The bank also agreed to pay interest on equity (JCP) in a total amount of R$880 million, equivalent to R$0.11270955260 per ordinary share, 0.12398050786 per preferred share, and R$0.23669006047 per unit.
Shareholders registered in the company’s records at the end of October 21 will be entitled to an approved dividend and JCP.
Thus, as of October 24, Santander Brasil shares will be trading “Dividend on Equity and Equity”.
Proceeds will be paid as of November 22 and will be entirely attributable to the company’s mandatory dividends for 2022, without any bonus as a cash adjustment.
