Preparing roast with succulent meat is a practical art. Those who master this technique can celebrate Friday (30th) as “Barbecue Day”. With that in mind, g1 has listed below some of the best steakhouses in the world in 2022.
The rating of “101 Best Steakhouses in the World” has been organized and published for three years by the British “Upper Cut Media House”. To come up with the list, company evaluators analyzed about 700 restaurants.
In this year’s ranking, only one Brazilian restaurant is mentioned among eight Latin Americans (see list below)Figureira Rubaiy is ranked 52. Among the other institutions in Latin America, there are three Argentines, three Mexicans, and one Uruguayan.

Hawksmoor Restaurant in LondonIn the United kingdomranked first, followed by Don Giulio, from Buenos Aires, in Argentina. Firedoor, from SydneyIn Australia, he was third, having been on top in the 2020 and 2021 editions.
Five American restaurants stand out in the top ten. The other five centers are divided between institutions in the United Kingdom, Argentina, Australia, Belgium And the Spain.
The classification criteria for compiling the menu are divided between two aspects: those related to the meat and those related to the service. With regard to meat, the quality must be exceptional: flavour, cut or preparation, among other points.
