    Several companies announced their dividend payout either as a dividend, JCP dividend or supplemental dividend, this Tuesday (26).

    Among the highlights are Susanoo (SUZB3) which agreed to distribute supplementary dividends of 799.9 million Brazilian riyals.

    Susanoo’s supplemental dividend will be paid on May 13, 2022, based on the contribution status on May 4, 2022.

    The shares issued by the company will start trading “without dividend” from May 5, 2022.

    Enauta earnings

    Enaut (ENAT3) Approval of the payment of dividends in the amount of R$ 450 million, equivalent to R$ 1,7084,151,833 for each ordinary share.

    Dividends will be paid based on the contribution position this Tuesday (26th). Dividends will be paid on May 30, 2022.

    Carrefour (CRFB3)

    Carrefour Brazil (CRFB3) has agreed to pay a dividend of R$39 million, equivalent to R$0.0196 per share, to be paid by the end of the 2022 fiscal year.

    Shareholders with a position on April 26, 2022 will be entitled to pay, and from April 27, 2022, shares will be traded “without right” to dividend.

    Adding to the amount of R$1.040 billion declared and paid in the form of prepayments for dividends paid last year, the total profit amounted to R$1.079 billion, which is equal to 45% of adjusted net income in 2021

    Another company that announced its earnings was Petz (Bitez 3), which approved the distribution of dividends in the amount of R$4.3 million, equivalent to R$0.00941872424 for each ordinary share issued by the company.

    Pay the dividend in two installments until December 31, 2022, based on the contribution status on April 26, 2022.

    Lavvi Board of Directors (LAVV3) Distribution of interim dividends with a total amount of 17.7 million Brazilian riyals, compared to 0.0879166922 Brazilian riyals for each ordinary share issued by the company.

    The dividend will be paid on May 11, 2022 and will benefit shareholders registered in the company’s records on April 29, 2022.

    Trisol

    Trisol (TRIS3) Approved the distribution of dividends in the amount of 40 million Brazilian riyals, equivalent to 0.219644405 Brazilian riyals per ordinary share.

    Dividends will be paid in two equal installments: the first is paid by May 31, and the second by September 30, 2022, based on the contribution position held on Tuesday (26).

    Wilson Sons

    Wilson’s sons (Port 3) Approval of dividends in the amount of 195.8 million Brazilian riyals, equivalent to 2.681964 Brazilian riyals per ordinary share.

    Dividends will be based on contribution status on April 26, 2022. Dividend will be paid up to May 10, 2022 for common shares.
