According to a study conducted by this “startup”, founded in 2006 by Jordi Romero, Pau Ramon and Bernat Farrero, the level of digitization in the HR sector in Portugal is also lower than that of Spain and France (both 91%), comparable only with Italy (84%) .
In Latin America, countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil offer digital levels between 70 and 80%, indicating that they follow different rhythms from Europe, although there is a “clear trend” towards remote work and the digitization of human sources.
The study also revealed that around 46% of Portuguese employees perceive increased productivity thanks to remote work and 74% value the work-life balance they were able to achieve.
