72 films are part of the twelfth edition of the festival’s catalog. Among them, 50 Brazilian titles and 22 international titles, from France, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Italy, Egypt, Chile, Russia, the United States, Colombia and Mexico, as well as four co-productions.

In 2021, Cinefoot will also open two private viewing spaces in its programming. The Player’s Tribune em Foco exhibition highlights the curation of original content on the platform that has been developed to connect athletes directly to their fans, in an original and innovative way, through impactful testimonials.

To counteract the strong and daring audiovisual creativity of university-produced football, a “college show under the microscope” was created.

In addition to the exhibitions, Cinefoot’s programming features parallel activities with the famous “Round Table”, which combines conversations with guests discussing topics related to the selected films and the tribute: Photographer José Medeiros’s path, 10 years from the release of the documentary “Bahia Minha Vida”, 150th Anniversary To create the Goalkeeper Center, the 30th anniversary of the first FIFA Women’s World Cup, fans and fans and Maurice Capovilla in the football cinema.
