a Poco X4 GT It is another 5G intermediate option from Xiaomi. What’s good about it? Worth buying? We had a lot of differences compared to Poco X3 GT? Let’s find out in this review.

The design has changed and is more in line with recent Xiaomi releases. The phone is less arched, but not straight enough to make it uncomfortable to hold. It’s still a plastic device while the front glass has retracted to Gorilla Glass 5. There isn’t any kind of water protection, like IP53 certification, but Xiaomi has brought back the headphone jack.

The screen follows the LCD as before, which is a shame because it is common for mobiles of the same class to come with an AMOLED panel. The good news is that the refresh rate has been improved and is now up to 144Hz as on some gaming phones and also from Motorola. The brightness level is good as well as the contrast. The sound is stereo, balanced, but not quite as strong.

The performance is good due to the combination of Dimensity 8100 and 8 GB of RAM, with the possibility of expansion up to 11 GB by stealing part of the storage with the default RAM. It doesn’t quite beat its predecessor in terms of speed, but it handles quite a few apps in the background well.

The battery lasts well and lasts all day. The charger is the same 67W as the previous generation and ensures that the battery is recharged in just over 40 minutes. A quick 15-minute charge is enough to restore half the charge.

Good set of photos. Don’t expect stunning photos or crystal clear selfies. X4 GT is inferior to competitors, but it is able to satisfy the needs of many. The camcorder records in 4K by forgoing electronic stabilization, while losing quality in Full HD and vibration reduction. Focusing is nimble and sound capture is stereo and doesn’t suffer much from wind noise.

Below you can see all the details of the Poco X4 GT. Overall, it’s a great phone for those who don’t care much about cameras, although it doesn’t make much progress compared to its predecessor.

Currently, it is already possible to find the cell phone at the AliExpress retailer.
